Testimony
I asked the Lord for a word for the church, and He gave me a vision. In that vision there were lots of roads, but on those roads there were lots of potholes. I thought, okay. And then as the vision carried on, I saw this massive roller come along and smooth over all the potholes.
The Lord was reminding me that when we see a pothole on the road, we're trying to navigate around it. Or if we think that it's not too big, we'll try and go over it. But the Lord was saying that whatever it is that you're navigating in your life, He will come over and smooth over it, and He'll lead you on a smooth path.
I read once that there's a man in Belgium, and maybe in this country as well, that whenever he sees a pothole he goes over and he plants flowers there. So of course when the cars are driving, they're driving around because they don't want to ruin the flowers. And let's face it, there are some potholes that are like grand canyons in our life. I pray that the Lord would help us to plant flowers where there are those potholes in our lives. Amen.
