The Feather or the Stone

Beloved,

What kind of faith do you have?

Is it like a feather, floating aimlessly on the surface—drifting among cans, plastics, and debris? Or is it like a stone—heavy with meaning, sinking deep through time, creating ripples that impact people, places, and generations?

A Vision by the Water

Many years ago, I had a vision—or perhaps it was a dream. I was sitting beside the Lord near a deep, quiet lake. He picked up a stone and gently cast it into the calm water. As the stone sank deeper and deeper, ripples spread wide across the surface.

He was showing me: when we walk with Him, our lives leave a lasting impact. His presence in us creates ripples that move beyond what we can see.

[I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit… If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you.”John 15:5,7]

The Age of the Spirit

We are living in the Age of the Spirit. Now, more than ever, we are called to live with purpose—to see the Kingdom of God grow first in us, and then through us into the world.

But that growth requires intentionality.

Every day, we must choose to abide in Him and let His Word abide in us. The Holy Spirit keeps Christ alive in us, empowering us to walk out our faith in a way that bears real fruit.

From Caterpillar to Butterfly

Like a caterpillar, we once crawled low—vulnerable to temptation, prone to failure, always in danger. But when the transformation comes, we become like butterflies:

We take flight—never returning to our old form, And in the air, we are less prone to the attacks and traps we once faced. This is life in the Spirit: lifted, transformed, free from the power of the flesh.
[If you live according to the flesh, you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the misdeeds of the body, you will live. For those who are led by the Spirit of God are the children of God.” Romans 8:13–14]

Beloved, Make every effort to live in and from the Holy Spirit. He is the only access to true life—Heaven, peace, and joy. Bless the Lord. Stay close to Him. And He will stay close to you.

[Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you completely; and may your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. He who calls you is faithful, who also will do it. 1 Thes 5.23]

Ministering To The Lord

Beloved,

As we reflect on the powerful journey from the Crucifixion to the Ascension and Pentecost, we are reminded of the deep spiritual practices of the early Church.

These were not simply events in history—but divine blueprints for our present-day walk with God.

[Now in the church that was at Antioch there were certain prophets and teachers: Barnabas, Simeon who was called Niger, Lucius of Cyrene, Manaen who had been brought up with Herod the tetrarch, and Saul.

As they ministered to the Lord and fasted, the Holy Spirit said, “Now separate to Me Barnabas and Saul for the work to which I have called them.” Then, having fasted and prayed, and laid hands on them, they sent them away. Acts 13-3]

Focus on God Above All

Fasting is the deliberate act of setting aside food or other comforts to seek God wholeheartedly. It shows seriousness and hunger for His will above physical needs. This keeps our spirit sensitive to His leading.

Worship and Minister to God

The word translated as “worshipping” (or “ministering to the Lord”) in Greek is leitourgountōn, which originally meant serving in a priestly or temple role. Isn’t it awesome that God has made us priests of the temple that He abides in.

A Spiritual Service

It means the disciples were offering spiritual service—prayer, worship, praise, and devotion—not for people, but directed to God.

Prepare for God’s Direction

Frequent times of prayer and fasting in our lives lead to godliness,  holiness and direction.

The Lord can lead us better when we build on these divine practices that the early church was birthed from.

To serve the Lord with prayer and fasting means dedicating time to worship, seek, and hear from God in a focused way, putting aside distractions, expressing dependence on Him, and being ready for His leading.

May You Pray:

Holy Spirit who lives in me, fulfil Your holy ways in me.

Holy Spirit who lives in me, teach me the holy ways to live.

Holy Spirit who lives in me, teach me to minister to the Lord as the early church did.

Holy Spirit who lives in me, draw me close to Christ the King. Amen.

Bless the Lord. Keep going. Build your relationship with the Lord more each day, the rock on which we stand.

[strengthening the souls of the disciples, exhorting them to continue in the faith, and saying, ‘We must through many tribulations enter the kingdom of God.’ So when they had appointed elders in every church, and prayed with fasting, they commended them to the Lord in whom they had believed.” Acts 14:22–23]

Forget The Past

Forgetting Those Things.

Beloved,

When we come to Christ, we are to leave everything behind, forgetting those things from our old life—and start a new life in Him.

[Brethren, I do not count myself to have apprehended; but one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead, I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus." Philippians 3:13–14]
Forgetting those things which are behind.

We should forget the following 😊:

* The past is dead
* Our old man is dead
* Our old perverse ways are dead
* Our old corrupt mindset is dead
* Our old lies are dead
* Our old habits are dead
* Our old flesh is dead

We are no longer driven by the sin nature, but by our new, Spirit-led divine nature. We should not get distracted by the pleasures of this world for too long.

Christianity is not for civilians, but for the soldiers of Christ.

[No one engaged in warfare entangles himself with the affairs of this life, that he may please him who enlisted him as a soldier. And also, if anyone competes in athletics, he is not crowned unless he competes according to the rules. The hardworking farmer must be first to partake of the crops. Consider what I say, and may the Lord give you understanding in all things." 2 Timothy 2:4–7]

A Militancy to Christ

Divine Love is not weak, but strong, courageous, and bold.
This takes the character of Christ to be formed in us over the weeks, months, and years.
He is our Commander in Chief, whom we learn to obey.

[Now I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse. And He who sat on him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He judges and makes war. His eyes were like a flame of fire, and on His head were many crowns. He had a name written that no one knew except Himself. He was clothed with a robe dipped in blood, and His name is called The Word of God. And the armies in heaven, clothed in fine linen, white and clean, followed Him on white horses." Revelation 19:11–14]

Live Forgetting Those Things Behind Us

Beloved, we are also included in this divine army on the earth. To follow Christ means leaving—and forgetting—the old things. As we approach the outpouring of the Spirit this Pentecost (next Sunday),
make every effort to live in the newness of life through the Holy Spirit.

Abide in Him at every opportunity. Keep fasting and praying in all holiness.
Do not be discouraged but rejoice. Fight the good fight of faith.

Bless the Lord.
Live in thanksgiving and praise—
Never looking back,
But always moving forward and upward
In the things of Christ Jesus.

[Do not remember the former things,
Nor consider the things of old.
Behold, I will do a new thing,
Now it shall spring forth;
Shall you not know it?
I will even make a road in the wilderness
And rivers in the desert. Isaiah 43:18-19]

Peace Be With You

Beloved,

One of the very first greetings spoken by the risen Lord to His disciples was:

“Peace be with you.”  John 20:19

On the evening of the resurrection, when the disciples were gathered in fear behind closed doors, Jesus came and stood among them and spoke those powerful words. It was not a casual greeting, but a deep spiritual declaration — a peace bought at a great price for us all.

“But He was wounded for our transgressions,
He was bruised for our iniquities;
The chastisement for our peace was upon Him,
And by His stripes we are healed.” Isaiah 53:5]

The peace Jesus offers us is not the kind the world gives. It is a peace that was secured through the suffering of the cross — a divine transaction where our sin was exchanged for His grace.

All Believers Should Live in Peace & From Peace

As believers, we are not only called to live in peace, but to live from peace — the inner calm and assurance that comes from the indwelling of the Holy Spirit.

“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control.” Galatians 5:22]

Greet One Another

It would be good to get into the habit of saying “Peace be with you.” as greeting to all especially the believers. We want to habitually keep the magnificent words and blessing of the real peace” only given in Christ, alive.

Peace be with you always!

May you all in this time of the ascension encounter the Lord through His Holy Spirit in a real and tangible way - taking you deeper into the depths of God.

May you always be carriers of His divine peace.

Then “Jesus came and stood in the midst, and said to them, “Peace be with you.”

Bless the Lord.

[These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.” John 16.33

And when you go into a household, greet it. If the household is worthy, let your peace come upon it. But if it is not worthy, let your peace return to you. Matthew 10.12

The God Who Sees

Beloved,

Even when we find ourselves in difficult circumstances, the answer is not always to flee—but to submit to the person, situation, or process, because the Lord is at work.

Hagar fled from Sarai’s presence after being treated harshly by her…

[Now the Angel of the LORD found her by a spring of water in the wilderness, by the spring on the way to Shur. And He said, 'Hagar, Sarai’s maid, where have you come from, and where are you going?' She said, 'I am fleeing from the presence of my mistress Sarai.'

Then the Angel of the LORD said to her, 'Return to your mistress, and submit yourself under her hand.' Then the Angel of the LORD said to her, 'I will multiply your descendants exceedingly, so that they shall not be counted for multitude.'

And the Angel of the LORD said to her: 'Behold, you are with child, and you shall bear a son. You shall call his name Ishmael, because the LORD has heard your affliction.

He shall be a wild man; his hand shall be against every man, and every man’s hand against him. And he shall dwell in the presence of all his brethren.'

Then she called the name of the LORD who spoke to her, You-Are-the-God-Who-Sees; for she said,

'Have I also here seen Him who sees me?'” — Genesis 16:7–13]

God Sees Us

No matter what we are going through, we can be sure of this: The Lord sees us. And He provides comfort through His Word:

[And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.” — Romans 8:28]

Live from Victory

We’ve just come through the Easter season. The Lord has risen! These forty days after the resurrection were spent with His disciples, explaining the Scriptures and teaching them about the Kingdom of God.

We too can use this time to grow closer to the Lord.

Victory is not based on how we feel each day but on what Christ accomplished on the cross. This is the rock.

He has handed the baton to the Holy Spirit—to help us live our lives empowered by His presence each day.

Remember Each Week:

Thursday – The New Covenant: The institution of the Last Supper

Friday – His Crucifixion: Our sin laid upon Him; the debt fully paid

Saturday – His proclamation in the spiritual realm: Christ’s total victory

Sunday – Christ is Risen! Freedom from sin, death, and the devil. He has given us everlasting life.

Live with gratitude, thanksgiving, and praise each day.

Beloved, use every moment you can to strengthen your spirit over the flesh and deepen your faith.

We all have an incredible opportunity to walk more closely with God in 2025—don’t miss it.

Bless the Lord. Thanks be to our Holy God for sending Jesus Christ and opening our hearts to follow Him by the Holy Spirit.

[Do not be afraid; I am the First and the Last. I am He who lives, and was dead, and behold, I am alive forevermore. Amen. And I have the keys of Hades and of Death. Rev 1. 17-18]

Watford Outreach 7/7/2018

A hot day in Watford town centre where we were joined by our brothers and sisters from different areas around London to proclaim the Kingdom of God to the people of Watford.

Some people felt the tangible presence of the Lord and many divine appointments were created. A woman who was visiting from South Africa received healing for her back and left pain free after years of pain.

A man with anger issues asked if we could pray for him after prayer he said he immediately felt lighter and calmer. The Saints had many interactions on the street sharing with those who were willing to listen.

A lady who was burden with many issues surrounding her family came to Watford to find some quiet time on her own made her way to us and received prayer, she left us feeling hopeful after hearing our testimonies about what God has been doing.

A homeless woman received prayer and also got to hear a testimony of another homeless person who was rehomed,  this gave her real hope and encouragement. She also experienced the tangible presence of the Lord as we prayed for her. Another woman came to us with her pet dog who was recovering from an operation the team prayed on the dog and the owner was touched as the dog was precious to her. This causes her to bring a friend for prayer who had addictions. He was grateful but not really receptive, but we trust the Lord has started to work on him.

The gospel was preached and some listen while others ignored what was being said. However, the preaching did touch some people with one man coming forward with questions.

Hundreds of tracts were given out and many other interactions were taking place.

A sister who joined us for the first time would also like to share her experience on the day.

Amazing, amazing, amazing!  Still can't believe how easy it was! I felt that the ground was really easy, people's hearts were soft,  (so grateful to the Lord). Those who I spoke with were receptive, they listened to me sharing with them their need for a Saviour, the issue of the human race not being in right standing with God and the way of reconciliation (Jesus).

Those I spoke with were also open to receiving prayer and allowed me to pray with them.

I'm excited and looking forward to going out again, in a few weeks time with the team,  not only to see how the Lord will use me, but also to learn how to follow Holy Spirit, so that I can be more effective in winning those that do not have a relationship with Jesus yet.

The scripture tells us that, "those that win souls are wise!"

Watford Outreach Update 18/11/2017

As it rained today in Watford the Lord was busy working in us to reach the lost through preaching, handing out gospel tracts and laying hands on the sick.

Sam who was traveling from Waterloo came to us for back pain after prayer his pain went instantly and he went away with some bible tracts and books.

Ashley came three times for prayer with pain in his foot each time he was healed. The last time, we said to him, you command it to go in Jesus Name. He came back later and said it was a miracle, the pain came back and he told it to go. It was genuinely shocking to him. We told him, do likewise for others. If they have pain, just place your hand on them and command any pain to go. He's going to be a  disciple of the Lord.

A lady was given a gospel tract then asked for prayer for her mobility problems she walked away happy after receiving from the Lord.

An elderly gent who received prayer some weeks ago for his cataracts wanted to share on how the cloudiness on his cataracts are beginning to get clearer and clearer.

We prayed for people with epilepsy and diabetes and know God sent His Word and healed them.

As the gospel was being preached to the people shopping in Watford today we know that over 300 gospel tracts were given out telling people the best present this Christmas is not found wrapped under the tree but the baby wrapped in swaddling clothes in a manger. The gift from God that keeps giving. The new Christ tracks contain the true Xmas message; Isaiah 9:6 For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.

To His Name be all Glory Honour and Praise!

A young man asked for prayer on his knee his face lit up as the pain went instantly. An elderly man asked for prayer for his son and we expect a good testimony as distance is nothing to the Lord. We also receive testimony from regulars who experience dramatic improvements in physical and emotional healing.

Close to the Gazebo entrance, Lil received deliverance from addiction and illness and felt something leave her. Pain in her neck and shoulder left her body, she also experienced the power of the God through her body and continued to feel His power sometime after ministry.  Hallelujah! Her companion also received prayer and believe God for his total salvation.

Cautiously walking with a limp a man came and asked us to pray for pain along his leg, after prayer he was instantly healed and we witnessed him running away to catch up with his friends. He was visibly touched and in some shock, as he ran off.

A young boy directed his mum to us who suffered from migraine headaches after prayer she was healed instantly her children were given a new testament and some gospels to take home. We know God has blessed this family as they came all the way from Golders Green to do shopping and noticed our Free Healing Gazebo.

We were asked to pray for a family in Ghana the lady who asked for prayer for her family also received prayer for herself as the pain in her hip and legs left her. She was greatly encouraged and took some Gospels to send home to her family.

A mother and son each received prayer, the young boy was amazed as he felt the presence of God on him, his words to his mum was"Wow".

A woman walking along on crutches was stopped by the team and received prayer on her hip and leg, she rushed off after prayer as she had to meet someone. We noticed as she left us on how fast she was now able to walk. We believe God for her complete healing.

As our team were preaching on the mic shoppers heard the gospel message and many received gospel tracts. Also, numerous people are walking past saying Free Healing and we know this will open a door for us to minister to them in the future.

We witnessed God's Grace today in all the people who came and received. We thank the Lord for His faithfulness and mercy that many will be granted repentance and come into His Kingdom.

Hyde Park Outreach 22/10/17

Within minutes of setting up, we were approached by a young man who was heavy ladened, suicidal and feeling very, very discouraged with life. We spoke the promises of God over his life and encouraged him. He was touched and very thankful, we know the Lord brought him to us and believe He will be working mightily

The local parks police officer received prayer for the 4th time this year and was grateful.

One of the preachers came to us for prayer on his back after stating his back was killing him. After prayer, his pain disappeared and this preacher stayed with us the whole time we were there helping us to minister to the lost.

A young  man asked us to pray for the pain to go in his right knee after prayer as the pain went he wanted to know more about Jesus. The Lord opened the door for us to talk Him and we know a seed was planted.

As the wind took up speed people still came to us for prayer a husband asked for prayer for his wife who suffered from neuralgia and indicated his wife was suffering from random pain.

As we prayed for the women the Lord touched her and she got tearful we also prayed over the husband and daughter who later thanked us as she could see the change in her mother.

We spoke with many people today giving them the gospel message and sowing seeds. Jesus said you will know my Disciples by their love. We always minister with a heart of compassion for the lost and those who don't have a knowledge of the truth.

We were also encouraged to see another team who believed in healing out preaching. We thank the Lord for drawing the people to us. We had some very good interactions and look forward to attending again next month.
