Same Prayer · Sunday 22 March 2026

On Friday I saw a brother from church at the outreach. I'm never in town on a Friday because I usually get home late. God's just awesome — he knows the end from the beginning. We got to talking, just having a conversation about family and all of that, and he prayed with me. Then when I got home, my sister came to me and said, "Can we pray?" She went on to explain why — we'd been having this back and forth at home for a long time. The long and short of it is, the very same thing he prayed about with me two hours earlier was exactly what my sister wanted us to pray about at home. So yeah, the word.

✠️ FROM THE WORD
It is of the Lord's mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.

— Lamentations 3:22–23 (KJV)
