Common questions
What time are your Sunday services?
Our Sunday service is at 10:30am every week, with doors open from 10:00am. We’re at 816 St Albans Road, Watford WD25 9FL, with free parking at the rear and step-free access. Everyone is welcome — come as you are.
Is the chat a real person?
It’s a friendly 24-hour assistant that answers from the Bible and the Church’s experiential knowledge — so you can get help any time, even when the office is closed. It’s not a substitute for personal pastoral care: for anything personal or urgent it will point you to our team, and in a crisis to 999 or the Samaritans (116 123).
Can the church pray for me?
Yes — we’d love to. You can share a prayer request through our prayer page and our prayer team will pray over it. Prayer also happens before and after every Sunday service.
How do I become a Christian?
It begins simply: turning to God, trusting in Jesus, and choosing to follow Him. Ask the chat and it’ll walk you through it gently from our teaching — or come along on a Sunday and chat with one of us in person.
How do I get baptised?
Baptism is a beautiful next step after coming to faith. Ask the chat for more on what it means, or speak to the church team — they’ll help you take that step.
How can I get involved or visit?
The easiest first step is to come along on a Sunday at 10:30am. Ask the chat about ministries and serving, or plan your visit — we’d love to meet you.
