God has been reminding me that He has put breath in our lungs, and it made me reflect on the saying, 'don't waste your breath.' I realised how often I might waste the breath God has given me, which is meant for praising Him, giving thanks, and speaking good things. This has made me think more carefully about how I use my words and to be more intentional in glorifying God with my speech.
