Testimony
Yesterday we had door-to-door ministry, and it was just amazing, as it always is. We encountered one man who was willing to speak with us and was very open, but was completely an atheist — he didn't believe in God. We went back and forth about the existence of God, and how all this didn't come from nothing. It made me realise his heart was very hardened. There are people going about their every day — they could die tomorrow — and they are so hardened towards God. So I just want to encourage us to pray for the lost.
There was another man we encountered who was a Christian but wasn't born again. I said to him, you need to be born again, and prayed for him. But he said, I'm busy — I don't have time to read my Bible, I don't have time to go to church. It made me realise there are just so many lost out there.
Door-to-door is such a really special ministry. The seeds were planted, and we've got to pray that the Lord will bring fruit out of it. We were able to pray for people and hand out loads of tracts — it was a really beautiful time. So keep going out, praying for the lost, spreading the word. We are in dark days, and it's sobering how many people out there just don't know the Lord.
