Testimony
Just a quick testimony of the way the Lord will confirm His word to you.
On Sunday, Pastor David was preaching about being valuable to God. And in many ways this week, the Lord has highlighted that to me. Yesterday I went to an event, and before I got there a lady intercepted me and gave me a tract. She was very earnest — "just read it, just read it" — so I did. And it was about us being special to God — the children of God being special to Him.
A second instance this week: somebody shared a scripture in one of the groups about being a new creation — old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. And I kid you not, I received the same scripture that same day from somebody else.
I just want to give God thanks that He speaks to us in many different ways, if we just listen out. To encourage all of us: keep listening to the Lord in all the different ways He speaks — because He is always speaking. The question is, are we listening?
