Testimony
Most of you know that I work at a hospital. A colleague came to me the other day — she'd burnt her head with curling tongs, and it was very painful, to say the least. She was a busy lady, kept disappearing and coming back. But the Lord is with me always, and His timing is perfect.
There came a point where she came to me and I asked, "How is your head?" She said, "It's still painful. I'm trying to go out for lunch and I don't know what to eat." Then the Lord said to me, "Lay your hands on her." So I did. I held my hand on her head and prayed over her — people were coming in to be seen by the doctors, and one gentleman said, "Oh, what's this?" I said, "It's healing, by the Lord."
As I was praying for this young lady, I told all the pain to go — instantly, not waiting. Her demeanour changed at once. She was flabbergasted; she didn't know what had just happened. The Lord touched her and freed her from that pain instantly, and all those people coming in saw and witnessed the power He holds. When I finished, she was still saying, "What just happened?" I said, "Jesus has just healed you."
The following day she intercepted me in the corridor. I asked, "How's your head?" She said it was still a bit painful. I said, "Put your hand in mine," and as we walked along I prayed for the rest of the pain to go. Before I reached my desk, the pain had gone — instantly. So no matter if the devil tries to bring it back, the Lord will take it from you. Keep going. Keep praying. When you do things like this, give it to Jesus — because it is His victory.
