Testimony
I used to have a lot of fear, even being afraid of the man standing to my right at times, especially when I thought I’d done something wrong. Recently, we received a really big order for the business, and after some back and forth, I realised I’d missed an important email from the client for three weeks. I was anxious about telling my husband, worried about how he’d react. I sat there for about ten minutes, praying about the order and asking the Lord for courage. I remembered that perfect love casts out all fear, and that how I respond matters more than how someone else does. So, I plucked up the courage and told him. He was calmer than I expected, and in the past, I don’t think I would have been honest.
Knowing the Lord has changed me. I used to have a lot of fear and anxiety, but now I feel like a brand new person. I want to give God all the glory, because without knowing Him, I couldn’t be this new person. Jesus deserves the glory and the honour, and I give Him praise.
