Testimony
I just want to share a small testimony of how the Lord hears even our small prayers.
In my living room, my curtain broke, and it had been broken for a while. I'd been meaning to get it fixed, and I'd had different quotes — it was upwards of a thousand pounds to get the whole thing fixed. I just thought, "Lord, I really don't want to pay a thousand pounds to get my curtain fixed. Please, Lord, find a way to get it fixed." And then I forgot all about it.
Some time later my landlord came over to do some work with the electrics, and she noticed there were some other things that needed doing and said she'd get someone to come round. The man fixed little bits around the house, and when I came into the living room I noticed my curtain was fixed. I was like, "Oh my gosh, Lord, thank you — you answered my prayer." I didn't even ask the man to fix the curtain. I'd told the Lord I would fix it myself, that I'd pay for it. But he got the man to fix it anyway. So, just something small to remind us that the Lord hears even the small things we ask for. Praise God.
