Testimony
Good morning, Church. First of all, I'd just like to elaborate on what the pastor was saying about trusting God. So, unfortunately, we had to go to the A&E department last night, my wife and I, and she was in horrific pain, but she's okay now. So, we get to the hospital, and we go to the A&E, and then we go through to another part, where they make some sort of treatment. She had a scan, a splice taken, and so forth. I was looking around the hospital, and you can see the demoralisation, the depression, the devil's playground. You can see the anger that's placed with people in custody, that are rearing up and shouting, there's people that are rearing up about, they're not happy with their treatment, or how long they're waiting. It was just real carnage. My wife and I sat there, and I held her hand, and I said to her, we trust in God, we trust God, even though she was in so much pain, we trust in God. And we could just see everywhere around us, just people that were lost. People with anxiety, just real fear. And we're so lucky we don't have that. Even though we have pain, and we have problems, and inconveniences, we trust in God, and we're calm, and we haven't got the problems of the world. But what I would like to say, I don't know if this is meant for anybody today, or anybody in the future, or anybody who hears it on here, so my wife was in really bad pain, screaming, shouting, wailing, really bad pain. And it wasn't a pleasant thing to see. She's not in pain now, she's just got some very strong pain killers. But just imagine that pain, a thousand, a million times worse than that, and for eternity. Just think about that. So when you think about pain on this earth, think about the pain after death. I don't know if I'm saying that to anybody, but it's not a pleasant thing.

We glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience; and patience, experience; and experience, hope.

What pain are you carrying today that you have not yet trusted God to hold with you?
